My family moved to Armonk in 2008. We have been members of CBY since 2012. Shortly after joining I took a leading role in helping to get the CBY Brotherhood launched. It has also been my privilege to host “Times Square Torah” f/k/a “Text In The City” at my law firm, Pryor Cashman LLP, in Times Square for the last 10 years.

The Temple has been a wonderful source of comfort and inspiration for my family. We sent our kids to the URJ Camp Eisner for years. Both kids have jumped at opportunities to participate in High Holiday services with Torah readings (my daughter, Sydney) and viola performances (my son, Wyatt). Although the Rabbi’s taste in NFL teams may be questionable, he is otherwise a true role model and one of the most genuine people I know.

I feel truly privileged to have been asked to join the Board. I look forward to using my organizational, issue-spotting and messaging skills as a lawyer to help our community in any way I can. I am a litigator and partner at Pryor Cashman, where I practice primarily in areas of property rights, including in particular art law (stolen and fake art cases), intellectual property law (copyright and trademark cases), and real estate litigation. I am also an adjunct professor of Art Law at the University of Virginia School of Law in Charlottesville.
